The product image is a picture of a high quality scan of my original painting, from which the Giclee print will be made. Gallery images show the original drawing, and other views, including what the piece looks like framed. Because of the glistening paints and sparkling and glossy pens I use, pictures don’t do the final result justice. The hand repainted prints are spectacular. Lily was painted from a heartbroken ink smear I did upon returning home from the vet after my wife, Super Jess and I had our sweet kitty put to sleep because she was suffering horribly from bladder cancer. When I got sick with pulmonary fibrosis that brought me to death's door and eventually lead to a double lung transplant Lily became my constant companion, as I healed from my transplant surgery, she became more and more ill with her cancer. She was such a powerful kitty. She helped nurse me back to health, and in death, she still provides for me. This is one of my most popular images. It captures her love for the sun and tuna, and shows her blissfully happy and free from pain.
