The product image is a picture of a high quality scan of my original painting, from which the Giclee print will be made. Gallery images show the original drawing, and other views, including what the piece looks like framed. Because of the glistening paints and sparkling and glossy pens I use, pictures don’t do the final result justice. The hand repainted prints are spectacular. Piano Sonata comes from an ink smear I did in early March of 2021. I had spent the first week of the year in the hospital with complications from my lung transplant at the same time as all the political upheaval over the 2020 election was taking place. In March, I was starting to regain my health and optimistic outlook, spring was coming, along with Super Jess and my 26th wedding anniversary. I had started to paint and write music again after a few months of not doing either because of surgeries, illness and hospital stays, and this one popped out with spirits and creatures playing an endless keyboard. I love the little fire child. I sent Neal Doughty a picture of the original and he immediately had to have a Multi-Media Original. He was so impressed that the keys are in the right places.
